Final week of term 3

WOW term 3 is coming to an end!

What's happening this week?....

Congratulations to Alana, Francesca, Kaya and Madeleine who participated in Migs Gymnastic competition on Friday.  We are proud of you all.

Reminder:
Forms for parent input into 2018 class placements were issued the week before last to each student. Parents  - please note these forms need to be returned by Friday 29 September if you wish us to consider your input. The forms need to be returned to the big blue postal box in the student foyer.

Thanks to those parents who have already returned the form for their child/ren.
If you have mislaid or not seen the form you can collect a copy from the School Office or go to this link

Holiday reading logs - forms will be given out this week. Please encourage your child to start their reading log asap. If you need some books for the holidays let me know and I will sort this for you. All children who return their reading logs next term will go into the draw to win some great summer prizes such as skim boards, snorkel and flipper set, etc. There is some fantastic stuff going on at the City Library over the holidays too. http://www.rotorualibrary.govt.nz/what-we-offer/children/whats-on/Pages/School-Holiday-Activities.aspx

This Thursday we have our last GO4it programme. The children have enjoyed having Tim teach them new games and fun based ball skills.

Portfolios will be ready to go home this Friday for you to look at and make a comment. A lot of time and effort go into these keep sakes for your child so please take care of it and return to class in Term 4.

Enjoy the week
Nikki
